7. What is the main fitness requirement in order to skydive?
Be able to walk Be able to squat atleast 10 times Be able to lift legs at a 90 degree angle in a harness Be able to do one chin up so they can flare in an emergency
8. What should a customer make us aware of when doing a skydive?
If they have any medical conditions or concerns. How much they weigh. The age of the participants jumping. All of the above.
9. What is something we should tell our customers to wear or bring on the day?
Form of ID Comfortable clothing appropriate to the weather on the day. (Dresses and skirts not recommended) Enclosed or laced up shoes. Water and snacks. All of the above.
10. What drop zones provide jumpsuits for our customers?
Only NSW DZ's Only QLD DZ's All of them. We don't ever provide jumpsuits.
11. How many hours do we usually say to allocate for a tandem skydive (No transfer)?

12. How long does the plane ride, free fall and canopy ride approximately take?

13. What happens if the main parachute doesn't open?
The TM deploys the reserve parachute. The AAD fires and deploys reserve parachute. The TM initiates manual deployment of the main parachute. Nothing happens.
14. What happens if the Tandem Master passes out during freefall?
It is now the customers responsibility to deploy and land the parachute. The AAD will fire and deploy the reserve parachute at a certain height. Nothing happens. The AAD will fire and deploy the main parachute at a certain height.
15. What does the APF stand for?
Australian Parachute Foundation Arch Pitch Flare Australian Parachute Federation Ambulance Police Fire-fighters
16. Can a customer take their own go pro?
Yes No Maybe Yes, only if the Chief Instructor or DZSO gives permission.
